This 7 up to 10 piece group plays hits from Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, the Temptations, the Beatles, James Brown, Otis Redding, Aretha Franklin, Chaka Khan, BB King, Smokey Robinson, and Al Green as well as Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, Lourde, Amy Winehouse, Daft Punk and Pharrell. Retro-fun meets modern energy and groovy sounds with style!
The JSH Jazz Ensembles feature tenor sax, piano/keyboards, stand-up bass and drums. Playing all the greats from across the map of jazz. Sophisticated, swingin', funky and fun. The basic quartet can also be expanded to include trumpet, clarinet/alto sax, trombone, electric guitarist and male and/or female jazz vocalists. We can perform as a twelve-piece mini-big band for larger events!

A 6-piece band featuring up to 4 different lead vocalists for maximum variety, STIR FATHER plays great dance tunes from the 50's up to the present. Excellent tenor sax player or complete 3-man horn section available for larger shows!
For the best in both classic and modern country, the choice is clear - the JUST DAVE BAND! Featuring lead singer, acoustic guitarist and harmonica player Dave Bernal, this band plays some legit country tunes! Available from 4-7 band members.
The world has been mourning the loss of one of the greatest song-writers and rock performers in history ever since his unfortunate and unexpected passing in October 2017. Luckily MAKE IT LAST ALL NIGHT is here to keep these great vintage American rock songs alive! A talented and experienced 5-piece band that performs all the hits from the Heartbreakers, up through Tom's solo career and even a couple Traveling Wilburys cuts!
The VINEYARD BYRDS are a great band for the blues and country loving crowd! Also featuring two alternating lead singers, we can do everything from Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Kenny Chesney and Stevie Ray Vaughn up to the Doors, Beatles, ZZ Top and Elvis. Tenor sax or violin/fiddle available to expand the sounds of the band! New harmonica player/singer/acoustic guitarist available for some more twang!
FUNKER AND A COOL is a groovy, hip and funky quartet featuring organ/rhodes, electric guitar, electric bass and drums. Playing super fun funky jams from the likes of the Meters, Booker T and MGs, Al Green, the New Mastersounds, Herbie Hancock and Grant Green, to name a few. Excellent multi-saxophone player (soprano, alto and tenor!) also available to add to the mix.
The Hot October Bluegrass Band or the True Blue Bluegrass Trio will bring the authentic sounds of Kentucky Bluegrass to your event! Featuring top-level pickers from the LA scene, either of these groups can bring a smile to your face or a tear to your eye, or simply get you up and dancing! Performing bluegrass standards as well as original music.
Raised on roots-rock and soul, singer-songwriter David Segall began his career in Santa Barbara at the age of 17. He has since performed throughout the U.S., Europe, and Costa Rica, collaborating locally with JSH Music since late 2020. David and his band play regularly at festivals and private events throughout California, including Santa Barbara International Film Festival, Summer Solstice, Harbor Fest, and Santa Barbara Earth Day. Inspired by the upbeat vibes of Bob Marley, Van Morrison, Jason Mraz, and Paul Simon, David's soul-stirring songs and world beat grooves get his audiences up on their feet and dancing.

“We hired JSH Music Productions for a reception band (the Vineyard Byrds) and Jon Harris (the drummer) was also our MC and DJ'd the cocktail hour, the background music for the dinner and music for first dances, etc. Jon was very helpful ahead of time in catering to our music selection and special requirements for the ceremony setup, etc. All the DJ'd music played flawlessly and without interuption. He was a great MC as well. When it came time for the band to play, they brought a great energy into the reception and kept the dance floor packed.
